Course Description
We ask our meeting attendees to bring questions to discuss during the interactive roundtable meeting. Expected topics to be discussed will relate to returns being prepared during the 2024 tax season, such as filing status, dependency exemption, rental issues, qualified business income, energy tax credits, beneficial ownership information reporting requirements, due duligence for tax professionals and more.

· Discuss and provide answers to current tax questions arising in our practices.
· Share knowledge obtained through experience and/or research.
· Brainstorm procedural issues in an attempt to implement better results in a more efficient manner.
About the Speaker
Miles Lawrence, EA, Esq has 36 years of full time experience in the tax preparation, consultation and audit representation profession. He is both an EA and CA lawyer. He also serves as President for the CSEA Palomar Chapter and Attorney chapter for the Christian Legal Society. Annually he lectures on tax law matters and his practice includes a significant number of trust, gift and estate clients.
